All physical therapy services start with a 60 minute full evaluation working through ind depth movement assessments. The goal of the first session is to decrease your pain, develop a plan of care going forward, but most importantly for you to understand why you’re feeling what you’re feeling. Follow up treatments are 50 minutes and vary depending on present symptoms and any changes in condition.
As much as technology has it’s downfalls, nowadays you don’t need to be in North Carolina to see me. With virtual visits, the setup is the same with 60 minute evaluations and 50 minute follow up appointments. Although you will miss out on any manual techniques, there still is a lot we can accomplish from the comfort of your own home. Walk throughs of exercises and movement corrections would be the focus of the sessions along with education and guidance.
In this 60 minute session we break down one of your lifts (squat, bench, deadlfit) from start to finish. Working on any form breakdowns or painful movements. This is best for intermediate lifters with some background in the selected lift. Advanced lifters can still gain something from this but mainly if something is painful. Beginners are more than welcome to sign up, but know that Rome wasn't built in a day and neither is the deadlift.
