Working with Casey has been an incredibly transformative experience. I first came to him for some help on low back pain that was off/on for about 6-months. To be honest, I was a little hesitant to reach out for help not knowing what to expect, but am forever glad that I did.
If you’re someone who is looking for some help but not sure where to go or even skeptical of working with a PT, I highly recommend scheduling the phone screening. It was important to me to work with someone who trains as well, and it helped tremendously knowing that Casey does or has done the things that he asked me to do.

I was referred to Casey by a very good friend. At the initial evaluation, he mapped out a workout regimen that seemed doable and effective. I was impressed with his philosophy and knowledge, along with his experience. So I went all in. Having my coach available to answer questions about the exercises is very beneficial. As I mentioned before, he focuses on the pain and what will work best to alleviate that pain permanently. No Band-Aids. I would definitely recommend Casey to anybody who exercises, works out, focuses on their health, and wants to see progress!!!
